Biotechnology Jobs in India-Bridging skill gaps
Biospectrum has comeout with a report of study conducted by IIM Bangalore on Biotech jobs and shortage of manpower for the same. One of the reasons for talent crunch according to the study is
The content being taught at the various institutes was also found to be obsolete and not in sync with industry needs. There was no national task force focusing on constant upgradation of the curriculum to meet industry needs
